Dreamscape Audio

 Hey everyone! So I struggled with trying to work effects into the audio so right now its just my voice. I also could not get the separate tracks to arrange in the right order. There should be 3 separate 'rooms' which are actually planets. The first recording should be a planet of water, then desert, and finally one that has two sides to it.  I have it done but I cannot seem to find how to inset it here .

1.       Water encompasses the planet, buildings in the sky, super powers,

 

There you are in front of a door, you stand there and study it. There is this light from the bottom of the door. Then comes at light breeze with a smell of the ocean that is cool. It reminds you of a calm beach day with your family. You grow curious as to what lays behind the door, you go to grab the knob and feel an electric shock. Strange as you think but it doesn’t stop your curiosity although you are unsure of what will happen. You build up the courage to open the door, but you swing it open as fast as you can. A bright blue sky is in the room and then a breeze slams into making you step back. But then you see something. The ocean is below the door, not by a few inches but by miles! You continue to look out into the scene, and you see people in the distance walking on air. But how could it be possible. This isn’t possible on Earth. You stick your head in a little and to the left you see these buildings in the sky floating. Wonder is in your eyes; you want to be apart of this. You want the ability to be amongst the clouds. Adrenaline takes over and you take a giant step out with your eyes closed expecting that you may fall to the endless miles and miles of sea. But you don’t. You didn’t fall, you open you eye and there you stand in the clouds above the ocean. The people spotted from before fly and run towards you; each one reminds you of superhero movies. There you stand on a planet of endless water, buildings that float in the sky, and people who walk in the sky with even more unknown abilities. But as you become amerced   in this strange planet you feel a heat coming from behind you. At the door you can see the waves of heat. But where is it coming from? You begin to walk back to the door.

 

2.        Desert, snake people, scorching, sun, glass dome of zoo animals (safe from the sun and snakes)

In the corridor you hear ssss from the adjacent room. You begin taking steps towards the door and the heat begins to grow greater and greater. Reaching for the doorknob the heat is scorching. You must grab your shirt to open the handle. The door slowly opens, and the heat wave heats you, not enough to make you step back but the sweat begins to form. There it is a desert that seems endless like the last planet. But you see something that the scorching evasive sun is reflecting off of.  You see the shape of the dome and start walking towards it. But the rocks below your feet is like gravel, every step you have to be careful. As you get closer you can feel the air becoming cooler only slightly. Then all of a sudden you here the sssssss again in the distance you see a king cobra but not the ones you know. The body like the body of an adult male but as you gaze upward that is when the face is recognizable as a king cobra. You here a blow horn and all of a sudden, a strong cold wind sweeps through you to the king cobra beings. They turn around as fast as they could and leave. The cold air brought you ease, and you take a sharp and deep breath of air that resembles that of an icebreaker mint. But then you freeze in place, where did that come from? You slowly turn around in the dome you see zoo animals. You here roarrrrr, bird noises, and then as you concentrate on the scenery you see what reminds you of a safari, Antarctica, and a jungle. As you want to continue walking something is pulling you backwards. You turn around as your curiosity as what could be causing it. As you begin walking back to the door you lose the cool blanket of air and back into the scorching blistering sun. Finally, you can feel the cool air of the corridor. To keep the snake creatures from following you, you immediately shut the door.

3.      Dark planet, craters like the moon, jungles, fields of flowers

In the corridor you feel a chill go up your spine and goosebumps begin to form on your arms. But as you think maybe you shouldn’t go, but you can’t stop exploring. Those planets you have seen are so wonderfully frightening but full of possibility. You reach the doorknob of the final door. It seems cold but there’s a hint of warmth that makes you reminisce of the good times of your life. As you open the door slowly you see dark and light. It seems like the left half of this planet is cold and craters on the surface like the moon. But as you turn the right you see a jungle that then turns into fields of flower. As you engulf the sensory overload you hear a buzzzzzz and see a bee. The calming effect makes you at ease but then you turn back to the cold and feel uneasy again. It is as if one side there is no life or anything that resembles it. But rather the right side is the very thing that holds everything that it life. You begin to turn around because you know that this isn’t you planet, but you are curious if there is any other doors leading to these wonderful yet scary new planets. You walk back to the corridor and raise your head up and then you look down the hall to see an endless number of doors with endless possibilities. Then your head feels with the need to keep exploring and there you go reaching for the next door of many.
